Opt-in: Voluntary Licensing of My Voice

hereby expressly and voluntarily consent to the above-mentioned company using my existing voice recordings in order to make my voice licensable for the agreed productions. I am aware that my voice constitutes a personal biometric characteristic and that processing may allow conclusions to be drawn about my identity.

1. Purpose
   My voice may be made available for text-based and performance-based voice production (TTS: Text-to-Speech, STS: Speech-to-Speech: applying a different voice to an existing recording). There shall be no transfer for unrestricted use, no general AI training, and no engine training. Use is strictly project-specific and limited to the technical implementation for the respective client or companies involved in the production, insofar as this is required for the specific commissioned project. No independent synthetic voice profiles or derivatives of my voice may be created for other projects or purposes.
   
   
2. Scope of the License
   The license is limited to the specific project and restricted in content, time, territory, and media. All rights to my voice and personality remain with me. Sub-licensing or transfer of usage rights to third parties is excluded unless expressly agreed in writing.
   
   
3. Compensation
   Compensation is project-based. The specific remuneration is agreed separately for each project.
   
   
4. Transparency
   If my voice is provided via a voice-sharing platform, its use is transparent in terms of when and for what purpose it is used (comparable to being present in a studio session), provided that the platform technically supports such transparency. If usage is based on direct release of takes from previously recorded material, usage reporting continues to be handled by the studio as before.
   
   
5. Confidentiality
   The voice talent agrees to treat all scripts and production content used in connection with text-based or performance-based voice production (TTS/STS) using their voice as confidential and not disclose them to third parties.
   
   
6. Additional Provision for Voice Sharing
   The use of a shared voice is based on an individual agreement between the voice talent and the respective authorized company. The voice talent independently determines the scope and conditions of use. This opt-in does not grant any independent usage rights to the operator of the technical platform used.
   
   
7. Duration
   Valid until revoked. Data are stored only for as long as necessary.
   
   
8. My Rights (Data Protection)
   I have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and to object to the processing of my personal data. These rights arise in particular from the GDPR and, where applicable, from comparable data protection laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Further details can be found in the privacy policy of the contracting party. There are no disadvantages if consent is refused.
   
   
9. Revocation
   Revocation may be made at any time free of charge by e-mail to the company’s e-mail address listed above. Upon revocation: immediate deletion of all data and termination of use.
   
   
10. Scope of Use
    The technical use of my voice for text-based and performance-based voice production (TTS/STS) is generally permitted in the following areas:
