Authorization & Consent

Users must confirm they hold all required rights and permissions before creating or cloning any voice. Without this confirmation, synthetic voice generation is disabled. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright, data-protection, and personality-rights laws.

Data Protection & Security

VoiceWunder operates exclusively on EU servers in Zero-Retention Mode, ensuring customer data is never stored or used for training.

We comply fully with GDPR, CCPA, and the EU AI Act, with safeguards including:

• Processing based on GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)
• End-to-end encryption and strict access controls
• Data minimization and automatic deletion
• User rights to access, rectify, or erase their data (GDPR Art. 15–17)

Ethical Standards

VoiceWunder enforces a zero-tolerance policy for misuse of synthetic voices. Prohibited uses include:

• Impersonation or unauthorized replication of real individuals
• Deceptive or harmful applications
• Content promoting illegal activity, discrimination, or violence

Our moderation and compliance processes are continually updated to reflect evolving legal requirements and ethical standards.

ElevenLabs Enterprise Processing

VoiceWunder runs exclusively on the ElevenLabs European Enterprise API (V2/V3) — never public endpoints.

Under our Enterprise Data Processing Agreement:

• No customer data is used for model training
• Only transient, encrypted processing occurs
• All training datasets are licensed, consented, or internally created
• ElevenLabs maintains SOC 2 Type II certification and supports C2PA metadata for transparent AI-content labeling

Licensed Voice Library

All built-in synthetic voices are either created internally or licensed with documented, verifiable speaker consent.
